CoCon Signage
CoCon Signage is the CoCon application responsible for the configuration and display of meeting information on large displays and projectors inside the room. The application allows you to create and design signage templates based on your meeting information and specific events during your meeting. Easily create dedicated templates for voting sessions, paused meetings, and different other events, using the intuitive web interface.
CoCon signage can be used to display information automatically to delegates in the room using large screens or a projector.
Create templates
With the Signage Manager, you can create multiple signage templates. A template is a collection of one or more screen events, which is a specific occurrence during a meeting such as a voting session or a paused meeting.
The displayed content automatically changes during the duration of the meeting based on the configured screen events. Every screen event has a specific layout that consists of a grid with different content blocks, such as:
- Meeting title.
- Date and time.
- Different synoptic views.
- Participant lists with speaker and request lists.
- Graphical or textual representation of voting results.
- Meeting agenda.
- Speech and voting time.
- Images.
- Scroll text.
- Share documents.
Display templates
Display all configured templates via a separate URL. Automatically display the signage screen in any suported browser or change the template at any time. You can even preview a template without the need for a running meeting or data.
One CoCon Signage license per PC is necessary in case of multiple Signage screens.
