L-Identification:
Confidea FLEX is Televic’s all-in-one tabletop conference unit. To unlock the different functionalities, you need to activate the correct license. L-Identification is the license to enable the use of identification badges on the unit.
Easily manage the licenses on the unit itself in initialization mode. The unit gives a clear overview of the active licenses and the number of remaining licenses. Activating and deactivating licenses is as simple as pressing the button of the desired license.
With the Confidea FLEX, the badge reader is always present on the unit but is only active when the Identification license is active. Depending on the selected delegate participation mechanism, delegates can use their badge to identify themselves on a seat. The interface shows how to use the badge to log in and displays participant’s names when assigned to a seat.
