CoCon Import-Export
CoCon is a software suite for conference management& assistance, that opens up a host of options andconfiguration setting to control every aspect of themeeting experience.
CoCon is connected to a central conference unit thatcontrols a number of microphones and other conferenceequipment. The software interacts with the centralconference unit to enable various functionalities and viewson the conference. That is why CoCon is conceived as aclient-server framework.
The CoCon Discussion Module serves as the basis of thesuite and is needed to run other plugin modules.
CoCon Import/Export [Client-side]
CoCon Import/Export is a module whichallows a transparent and easy interactionwith third-party software, eg legalmeeting software, room booking systems,webcasting solutions.
A meeting can be completely prepared according to aspecific XML structure. This XML file can be loaded intothe meeting manager or it can be used directly to start a meeting.
After the meeting, the meeting results and statistics can beexported into a similar XML structured file so the third-party software can retrieve all relevant meeting data.
The same process is available with Word™-files. There,the meeting has to be prepared in Word with specificstyles and headers to maintain the structure. The meeting manager can read the file to create the meeting.
After the meeting the user can select the relevant datafields to automatically create a Word-file with the requiredmeeting results.
